Hunt Group firearms are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase, Defective products must be returned to E-TACT after identifying the issue and an RMA number has been assigned. E-TACT. may direct the product to be returned to the manufacturer’s authorized warranty repair depot, as determined by our customer service department and at the customer’s expense. The customer must arrange and provide all the proper permits to the courier company to transport restricted firearms in the event they must be repaired or replaced. Once the firearm has been repaired or replaced, E-TACT will cover the return shipping costs to the customer. Scopes and Optics (Laser sights, spotting scopes binoculars, rifle scopes, rangefinders, etc.) can only be exchanged, repaired, or replaced by the manufacturer or an approved warranty depot per each manufacturer’s standard warranty policy, terms and conditions and warranty periods specified therein.
Defective personal camping equipment can be returned after a customer obtains an RMA number from E-TACT and at the customer’s expense. Our customer service department will determine if the product will be replaced or repaired at its desecration. All camping equipment is covered for one year from the date of purchase. Original receipts are required.
